Tuition Payment, Withdrawals, and Refunds
Tuition Deposit
A non-refundable tuition deposit of $500 per student is due upon receipt of the Acceptance Letter in order to reserve a place. This amount will be applied to tuition.
After the deposit, the remaining tuition may be paid in one of two ways:
- Pay in full by September 1st. A 3% discount will apply.
- Pay in 9 monthly payments. The first of these payments will be due by September 5th and the last by May 5th.
Commitment
Withdrawals and Refunds: We consider a family’s enrollment and deposit a well-intentioned agreement of services. If, however, a withdrawal becomes necessary for reasons of extreme emergency (Acts of God, physical/mental disability with confirmation from a doctor, loss of sole breadwinner income, or family move out of the area due to breadwinner’s job), refunds on a pro-rated basis will be issued. If you choose to withdraw for reasons other than those stated above, you agree to pay the remaining tuition for the current school year.
